I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you." - Joel 2:25  (KJV)

  • RESTORATION:

Joel 2:25 says, “I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm.” Some of you have been down with a lot of “worms” in your life. Some of you have lost years to a bad marriage. Some of you have lost years to health problems. But the Lord put something in my heart. He said, “My mercy is greater than your mistakes, and I am a Master at fixing any disaster.”

Whatever the enemy has tried to take away from you, God wants to restore it. God wants to make it better than before. That’s the kind of Father He is. Every day we have choices put before us. We can be tempted to get hurt, wounded, or depressed. We can complain and remain in the same awful condition. Or we can praise God and be raised up.

One of the first things the enemy will try to steal from us is our joy. He wants to get us sad, sorrowful, and oppressed. Remember what it was like when you first were saved? There was joy unspeakable. God doesn’t want us to lose that joy! Nehemiah 8:10 tells us, “The JOY of the Lord is your strength.” It is important for Christians to have joy in their life! If you don’t have joy, you don’t have any strength.

Don’t stay in that valley of despair and depression. Don’t allow what people say to control you. You control your own destiny. Maybe everyone isn’t going to be thrilled about you. But God is. You are who God created you to be. And God likes you just fine. He’s thrilled about you!

Where does joy come from? We tap into joy by hanging out with God! When we are in His Presence, we come out with a new spring in our step, a new song in our heart. When we’re hanging out with Him, we take on His characteristics.

And God is happy! Psalm 2:4 says, “He that sitteth in the heavens shall LAUGH.” When we’re hanging out with God, we start acting like Him. We’re full of joy, full of peace, full of rejoicing.

You may have been through some trouble, but God is the One Who brings restoration. Isaiah 61:7 says, “For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.”

In The Amplified Bible, this verse says, “. . . You shall have a two fold RECOMPENSE. . . .” The word recompense is the same word that we get worker’s compensation from. You know what worker’s compensation is for? If you get injured on the job, they pay you worker’s compensation.

God is saying, “You’re working for Me. You got hurt in the service of the Lord. And I’m going to give you worker’s compensation. I’m going to give you double for your trouble.” Glory to God!

God loves us that much. Whether we’ve done things that are our own fault, or whether it is the enemy who has stolen from us, God is still the Restorer!

God wants you to have that dream fulfilled. He wants you to have joy. He wants you to have health in your body. God is a good God! And He’s got good things in store for us. Don’t let the devil steal anything from you. Declare restoration over your life! Take what belongs to you, in the Name of Jesus!

As we prepare for the Covenant Day of Restoration Service, you may have missed opportunities, blown chances and suffered innumerable disappointments in the past. Maybe Satan has stolen your job, your finances, your business, your peace joy and your children; and presently, they are his captives.

Regardless of where you are as you read this page, there is good news for you. We are in a season of divine restoration so the chapters of your life that is filled with regrets and guilt notwithstanding, we will not be complacent and just accept the status quo because God is able (and ready) to restore back to us all that was lost and stolen by the enemy.

  • COMMUNION:

This a Christian sacrament in which consecrated bread and wine are consumed as memorials of Christ's death or as symbols for the realization of a spiritual union between Christ and communicant or as the body and blood of Christ.

Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever. (Jn 6:53-58 kjv)

The HOLY COMMUNION is a New Testament covenant mystery that gurantees a sound body and flourishing health. Jesus first introduced this meal in Mark 14:22-24.

Furthermore in John 6:55, he told the people, "For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed." In other words, "I am giving you the highest form of nutrients you will ever need for sound health and vitality." He further described the value of this spiritual meal.

The meal releases strength, health and longevity, if taken with the correct spiritual perspective. The communion (the flesh and the blood of Jesus) is one of the mysteries of God designed to actualize the flow of eternal life (Zoe) that is immune to all forms of sickness and diseases into our mortal bodies.

The Flesh:

Jesus gave details of the nutritional value of his flesh when He told His disciples in John 6:50-51.

This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof , and not die.

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

The Blood:

Everyone's state of wellbeing is traceable to the content of his/her blood. No wonder the Bible says in Leveticus 17:11:

The life of the flesh is in the blood.

This is why Jesus introduced the mystery of the Holy Communion to give us mastery over all challenges. The blood of Jesus Christ can be likened to the spiritual soldiers in our physical body. It launches divine attacks on any satanic manifestations in our system.

When Jesus gave the disciples His blood, He said to them, "This is My blood. As often as you take it, you are doing it in remembrance of Me - you will start living like Me, and whatever could not floor Me will never be found in you or be able to bring you down. Whatever could not resist Me will not be able to resist you" (Luke 22:119-20, 1Cor. 11: 25, paraphrased).

Everyone is admonished to come with at least one new soul in addition to their new converts and other invitees.

Jesus is Lord!!!
