Mid Week / Special Feet-Washing Service

There shall be Midweek/ Feet washingService on Wednesday, the 28th of November, 2018.

Please note that we shall be breaking our fast for the day in our various homes with the Communion.

Time: 5:00PM - 6:35PM.

We are enjoined to come with our new converts, invitees, friends, colleagues, loved ones, family members and neighbours for an encounters with God.

FEET WASHING

Feet washing is a Christian religious practice that involves the use of water to wash the feet of the beliver. The Biblical account of Feet washing is given in John 13:1-17.

The mystery of feet washing was instituted by Jesus at the Last Supper. Feet washing is a Covenant mystery that delivers all our parts in Jesus Christ unto us. In the gospel of John, there is a story of Jesus washing each of His disciple’s feet at the Last Supper.

“If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.”

John 13:14–17

What to expect in the feet washing?

There is cleansing power in feet washing- John 13:8/10.
It is a medium for the release of your hanging part in Christ Jesus Luke 10:19, Habakkuk 3:19.
Feet washing is the making of our feet to walk into our divine heritance. Deuteronomy 33:24-25.
It is a medium for access all of our redemptive rights in Christ, Revelation 5:12.
